I always come back to this place. It has everything I need like Wi-Fi, free parking, AC, TV. The staff was so nice they even helped me find a place to exchange money. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

The villa had a fantastic location with wonderful views and a large beautiful garden area. the swimming pool, table tennis, and pool table were great for entertainment. the well-equipped kitchen made dining in a pleasure. the en suite bathrooms throughout and comfortable beds ensured a relaxing holiday.
There were issues with mosquitoes and midges, so using repellents and smoke coils was necessary. Some of the furniture, like the chairs, were starting to show signs of wear and tear.

Amazing terrace with stunning views, free WiFi , and convenient private parking.
Mosquitoes were a bit pesky, but I survived. Time to restock on repellent!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spaciousness and the variety of equipment available. It was just as described and shown in the pictures. As a family, we loved the character of the villa, which made us feel at ease with our clumsy kids. The outdoor facilities were a major highlight for us, with options like a pool table and table tennis keeping the kids entertained and away from their phones. The pool itself was the perfect size, offering both shaded and sunny spots. The views of the sunset and the sea were breathtaking, and we highly recommend taking a walk down to the beach and enjoying a delicious lunch at the nearby cafe/restaurant. The staff, particularly Petra, was also very helpful throughout our stay.
Nothing.

We stayed at Villa Colina Ibiza for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The outside space was stunning, with a large swimming pool surrounded by beautiful trees and a tiled floor. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, especially during sunset. Inside, the villa had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were four spacious bedrooms. The owner, Petra, and her lovely German Shepherd were amazing hosts and made us feel right at home. We loved every moment of our stay and can't wait to return next year.
We highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved the house and the view. It suited our family of 5 perfectly. Plenty of space to spread out or come together. Petra was amazing to help us and is in the living space just below the house if you need anything or have any questions. Fantastic location with wonderful views. A very welcoming home and large beautiful garden area with both shade and sunshine. Lovely swimming pool, table tennis, pool table, and even a petanque court. Well-equipped kitchen made dining in a pleasure, with places to eat both outside and in. En suite bathrooms throughout, very comfortable beds and furniture all of which ensure a very relaxing holiday in paradise. A car is essential for shopping and getting around although it is easy and very enjoyable to walk down and along the coastline to Cafe Mambo/Cafe Del Mar for sunset but take a taxi back. Natascha who looks after the house lives next door and is very helpful if you need anything, but also respectful of your privacy. A pleasure to meet her.
Felt free to seek any assistance, nothing to complain about.

We had a truly romantic escape with breathtaking views of the ocean and a stunning outdoor space that made our stay unforgettable. The villa's outstanding outside areas allowed us to relax by the amazing swimming pool, surrounded by beautiful trees, and enjoy the mesmerizing sunset every evening. The villa's location, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants, was a great advantage that made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable.
The presence of wasps during outdoor meals was a bit of a hassle. the steep hill leading to the beach made it necessary to have a car, which could be inconvenient for some guests.
